Educate yourself while you workout
If I am going for a long run, or performing a light workout, I would choose to listen to an audiobook instead of music.
You know that feeling of achievement you get after a workout? Well, if I am listening to an audiobook while I exercise, that feeling is doubled. Finishing a chapter in an audiobook feels almost the same as finishing a chapter in a book! (If you donāt know that feeling, I suggest you pick up a book ASAP and read a chapter! š Ā )
This great sense of achievement, leaves me super motivated to work out the next day.
But there are times, where I am very tired, or performing a very intense workout. In these scenarios, I would either not listen to anything at all (As I have notices wearing earphones / headphones reduce my performance sometimes), or I would opt to listen to some āfitnessā music!
